Executive Order 07-273 - Emergency Management/Freezing Temperatures Emergency Order.
Effective 12/31/2007 to 1/14/2008. Regarding commercial vehicle transport of freeze vulnerable crops. Executive Order 07-273 directs the Department of Transportation to issue temporary permits and to take such other and further actions as may be necessary to
relieve commercial vehicles transporting shipments of all such vulnerable crops from the normal restrictions on the weight, height, length, and width restrictions for such vehicles. -
